About the Quann4dogs Group:
The Quann4dogs Advocacy group was formed in March 2004 by a group of off-leash dog park users in order to have a voice with the City of Madison parks department on the use and development of Quann park. We strongly believe in responsible dog ownership and consider off-leash exercise a necessary ingredient for our pet’s mental and physical health. Quann off-leash dog park is an important part of our daily life and we have joined together to preserve and improve Quann as an off-leash park.
