Maps and Directions
to Quann and other Dog Friendly Parks:
The Quann off-leash dog park is a very large newly fenced area, centrally located in Madison between John Nolen Drive and Park St. It is tucked away between Olin Ave on the north, the Alliant Energy Center & Expo Parkway on the east, Bram St on the south and Wingra Creek Parkway on the west. It is just east across Wingra Creek from the new Goodman Pool.
On the maps below, Olin Ave is labeled as the section of County highway MC that runs from John Nolen Drive to Park St (US 151).

PARKING
Parking is available via Wingra Creek Parkway at Goodman Park and via Expo Parkway at the Quann Tennis Complex. A small number of unpaved spaces are also available adjacent to the community gardens on Bram St.
Parking may become an issue at the Wingra Creek Parkway parking lot now that the Goodman pool is open and the softball diamonds are in use. Additionally, during some Alliant Energy Center events Expo Parkway may be closed at the Olin Ave entrance or somewhere along its length so that the tennis court parking lot cannot be reached from Olin Ave. When Expo Parkway is closed off, the tennis court parking lot can be reached from the south via Bram St. Here are the directions:
From the corner of Park St (US Hwy 151) and Olin Ave (County MC):
- go south on Park St to the next stop light on Wingra Drive.
- turn east (left) onto Wingra for one block
- turn south (right) on Beld for two blocks (to the top of the hill)
- turn east (left) on Bram St and go under the railroad bridge
- immediately after the underpass, go left/straight onto the gravel road at the Quann gardens (still Bram St) and keep going all the way to the end past the tennis courts.
- turn north (left) onto Expo Parkway
- turn left (west) into the parking lot
